StartupTalky has been writing about Indian startups, founders, and compliance since 2017. In every founder interview, the same problem kept surfacing: GST returns are complicated, MSME 43B(h) is a landmine since April 2024, and the existing tools either cost too much or hide the compliance details behind "simple" UI.
We started BillForge in 2026 because we needed it ourselves — StartupTalky generates GST invoices to clients, pays vendors with 43B(h) exposure, and reconciles HDFC + ICICI statements monthly. The product is built on that operational pain.
